I've been trying to find tutorials on how to do these kind of images.. I'm not even really sure what they're called.. Anyone knows? Do you know where i can learn to create them? I hope somebody will tell me..
This very cool image was made by trajik from customize.org and is available here!
Kings Of Convenience is really cool.. What excellent music they create! I'm kinda broke right now, but as soon as I have some money, I'm gonna get their album, Riot on an Empty Street!
I presented and handed in my Javascript website yesterday, and also my 3d final project. After 3 days of hardly any sleep, I finally caught up on my sleep yesterday night. Ahhh, I'm so refreshed...
I spent my Wednesday at school, helping my 3 of classmates do their website.. They were calling me one by one, I felt like a teacher or something.. :? Of course I couldn't help 3 in such a short time, so I think I kinda neglected one of them..
At 10pm, we were forced out of the school.. I don't think we had any breaks when we were working, so after that my friend and I ate at McDonald's and then we caught a cab home.. I didn't really managed to help her during school, so I felt a little guilty and told her to send her files to me through MSN Messenger..
I helped her touch up on her website till 4am, then I did some final touches on my own.. I finally went to bed at almost 6am.. At this point, I hadn't even read my notes to study for Javascript exam the next morning..
I had planned to wake up at 8:15am and reach school at 9:30am, and have at least an hour to read through my notes.. But I woke up at 9am, and then I realised I had some more touching up to do for my website..
So I took a cab to school at 10am and reached there around 10:25am, I tried to do some reading in the cab, but couldn't get much information into my head.. :(
By the time I reached school, I had only a few minutes before the exam started.. Before the paper was handed out, I asked my lecturer whether it was all multiple choice questions, she said there were 15 MCQs and 5 structured questions.. We were all freaked out, because prior to this, she never said anything about structured questions!
So, everyone struggled through the paper, and I think a lot of us are going to fail.. :( Anyway, my website presentation went ok.. My lecturer seeing that some people hadn't done their websites to fit her requirement, gave them until 6 o'clock to work on their website and hand it in to her..
Just when I thought I could finally relax, they asked me help finish up their websites.. Sigh.. It was a very long day for me, I'm glad I got through it.. :)
I didn't get to help some of my classmates, so I feel a little bit uneasy.. On the other hand, I think I did quite a lot already, considering it's not my project..
Today is the deadline for my video project, but I'm kinda tired from yesterday, so I told my group that I wouldn't be coming to school.. And I think they're okay with it, because I helped one of them quite a lot on her website.. So in a way, she's returning the favor.. :)
I've been kinda busy with school and all, lots of final term projects due in 2 weeks or so...
The biggest one is the video and special effects project, and my group and I were silly enough to opt for a 30 minute video.. It's really ambitious for a student production, I'm not sure if we can get everything done by the deadline..
Then, I have a 3D animation due on the 24th of June, given a choice between doing the striking of a matchstick, or pouring of a liquid..
Also due on the 24th, is a javascript website for a company selling flowers or gifts..
Finally, on the 9th of July, my Macromedia Director project is due..
Basically, that's it for this term..
